Between what you feel and what you understand, change begins to take shape
Reinaldo Diniz
Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, working with adults and couples who are experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relational challenges, and other forms of emotional distress.
Therapy offers a safe space to better understand your inner world — what you feel, think, and experience — and how this shapes your life and relationships.
I believe each person is the expert of their own life story. Therapy is grounded in this respect, adapting to each person’s pace, context, and needs.
Throughout the process, it becomes possible to develop greater awareness of internal patterns and to create space for a more integrated relationship with oneself. This can facilitate access to internal states associated with calm, clarity, confidence, and compassion, allowing you to relate to experiences of pain, fear, shame, or emotional blockage in a safer and more conscious way.
