Change begins when we understand what we feel
At times, life brings moments of anxiety, emotional pain, or instability in relationships. Situations that lead us to question what we feel, how we think, and the way we relate to ourselves and others.
These moments can be difficult, but they can also open space for a deeper understanding of our inner experience.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, and other emotional challenges.
My work focuses on helping each person understand their inner world — what they feel, think, and experience — and the patterns that shape their emotional and relational life.
Through an integrative and relational approach, psychotherapy supports greater awareness of internal states and of the ways we adapt to life experiences.
This process can facilitate greater clarity, emotional regulation, and a more conscious relationship with oneself and with others.
